Property Perusal does property inspections in a detailed manner, following a factual process based on South African building regulations, which provides an objective, clear and actionable report for you.

As a property inspector we provide a range of inspections from Pre-Purchase, Condition, Consultation, Maintenance inspection and more. We inspect every nook and cranny, check and verify the building against the National Building Regulations, provide maintenance advice for complexes or asbestos items, identify potential health risk such as mould and damp and check if the building is compliant for insurance purposes.

We work in the residential and commercial space, which includes free-standing houses, security complexes, industrial buildings, office space and agriculture property.
